Appointment Reminder

On November 9, 2010, we implemented a new system called HouseCalls by TeleVox. A few  days before your child's appointment HouseCalls will access your home or cell phone number and deliver an informative message pertaining to your child’s next appointment.

If you need to reschedule the appointment, please call 419-668-9409. If you prefer not to receive reminder calls, please let us know. As technology grows, we hope to implement appointment reminders thru email and text messaging.
