Appointment Reminder

As a courtesy to our patients, we have added an automated appointment reminder system to our list of services. The evening before your child's appointment a computerized system will call your home and remind you that your child has an appointment the next day.

Any telephone numbers that appear on your caller I.D. screen are computer lines and should not be used to call our office. These lines are for computer use only and will not be answered by an employee. You can reach us by calling 419-668-9409 or 419-483-4122 during business hours.

This service is provided at no extra charge. Please do not rely on this system solely to remember your child's appointments. If you prefer not to receive reminder calls, please let us know.
