  • We provide convenient office hours at two locations with extended hours.
  • Our phone lines are open Monday through Saturday at 7:30 a.m. to schedule sick appointments.
    Call 419-668-9409 for all locations.
  • One of our pediatric nurses is available during office hours to respond to your questions and concerns.
  • One of our pediatricians is available after hours for your urgent needs.
